Already in the early 1940s, Bruno Mathsson became interested in steel as furniture material. In a series of furniture from that period is found, among other things, the Stories table from 1943, which is in the collection. Now the Model 50 relief table is reintroduced.
The table is in the picture where Bruno Mathsson is sitting in his newly built first glass house in 1950. The first table is still in its original place.
